Water Testing Available
PH2O & Forward Water Technologies Corp (FWTC) are pleased to introduce its state-of-the-art laboratory services, supporting our client in process modeling, treatment train optimization, and design validation through our benchtop and pilot plant testing. Housing a comprehensive suite of analytical tools and microprocessor-based instruments, technicians are trained in sample testing, pilot plant operations and data analysis using documented procedures and industry best practices, ensuring accuracy and confidence in the delivery of our client reports. Wastewaters and process waters can vary greatly in characterization, necessitating different types of treatment. FWTC labs maintains a large inventory of in-house treatment technologies since we know "one size does not fit all". Our ability to select, test and compare different technologies and treatment configurations, ensures client trust and satisfaction in PH2O and FWTC's ability in delivering solutions to challenges.
All client testing engagements begin with a free computer modeling/ process simulation, delivering projections on water recovery rates, concentration factor, pre-treatment requirements, energy consumption (SEC) and CAPEX/OPEX. After client modelling result review, benchtop testing of a physical sample occurs, generating large data sets of measurements, analysis and test parameters. All testing information is compiled, analyzed and reviewed within a delivered client report including FWTC's conclusions, and process recommendations. Client reports are written and peer reviewed by experienced experts in chemical, mechanical, and biological treatment processes ensuring client confidence in report contents. Should clients require more in-depth testing for economic assessments and operational forecasting, FWTC offers in-house and on-site engineered pilot and demonstration plants capable of comprehensive testing, scoping and examination of various treatment processes in combination with industrial forward osmosis (iFO) systems.
